Welcome to PIGEO. By using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
PIGEO lets you send text, voice, photo and video messages to a phone number, with a timer that decides when the recipient can open them (from immediately up to one year). The phone number identifies the account: someone who sends you a message uses your number, but their name is never revealed.
2. Accounts and registration
To use the service you must provide a valid phone number and a verification email. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Your phone number identifies your account: in the future, access will require verifying that number via SMS.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use PIGEO to send illegal content, threats, harassment, spam or content that violates the rights of others. You are responsible for the messages you send.
4. Messages and timers
A message is delivered to the number you chose once the recipient registers on PIGEO with that number. If the recipient is not on PIGEO, the message stays pending. We cannot guarantee the recipient will open the message.
5. Intellectual property
The PIGEO brand and its content are owned by their respective owners. You may only use the service according to these Terms.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, PIGEO is not liable for damages arising from the use of the service, including undelivered messages, delays or content posted by users.
